Vendasta plans start at $99/month. Each plan has a $0 subscription fee, but you must meet a monthly minimum: $99 for Starter, $499 for Professional, and $999 for Premium. Qualifying product purchases count toward the minimum, and you pay the difference as the subscription fee. For example, if you buy $50 of qualifying products on Starter, you pay $49 in subscription fees, making your total $99. The same model applies to Professional and Premium. Vendasta also offers Custom Enterprise plans with volume pricing.
How much does Vendasta cost?

Vendasta’s pricing works differently from a typical software subscription. You have a monthly minimum spend, and that amount can be used to buy eligible Vendasta products and services for your clients.
You either spend $99, $499, or $999 per month, depending on your plan. If your eligible product purchases reach that amount, your platform subscription fee is $0.
For example, on the $499 Professional plan, if you buy $499 of eligible Vendasta products, your subscription fee is $0. If you buy only $250, you pay the remaining $249 as the subscription fee, so your total is still $499.
This means you can use the minimum as your product budget rather than paying a separate software fee.
But there is an important catch: not every purchase counts toward the minimum. Only eligible Vendasta products and services count toward the monthly minimum. You can still buy and resell third-party Marketplace products, but their cost does not reduce your platform subscription fee.
For example, on the $499 Professional plan:
- You buy $600 of third-party apps.
- None of that $600 counts toward your minimum.
- You still pay the full $499 subscription fee.
- Total: $1,099.
The first month works differently because you pay the full fee upfront. The minimum-spend calculation starts from the second month.
Also, spending more than your minimum does not carry over. If you spend $700 on a $499 plan, the extra $201 does not reduce your next month’s minimum.

What counts toward your Vendasta minimum and what doesn’t
Vendasta pricing publishes two explicit lists. If you get it wrong, it can be expensive. Spending that doesn’t qualify leaves your subscription fee fully intact.
Counts toward the minimuma
As per Vendasta’s official pricing, most of its own products qualify, including:
- Conversations AI (Standard, Pro, Premium)
- Reputation AI (Standard, Pro, Premium + add-ons)
- Social Marketing (Standard, Pro)
- Campaigns Pro (+ add-ons)
- WordPress Hosting (Standard, Pro, Premium)
- Local SEO (Standard, Pro + add-ons)
- Yesware Premium
- Vendasta Services (for example, AI Employee Setup services)
Note: Vendasta’s own wording is: most products count, not all. If a SKU isn’t on this list, treat it as unconfirmed and check with Vendasta before assuming that it qualifies.
Does not count toward the minimum
Vendasta lists these purchases as not eligible:
- Third-party apps count toward your minimum spend.
- MatchCraft managed services
- Legacy Vendasta products
- Other non-qualifying SKUs
The last item is Vendasta’s own catch-all, which means this list isn’t guaranteed to be complete either.
Vendasta also makes clear that while Marketplace access may be included in your plan, purchases of third-party products do not count toward your monthly minimum.
Costs beyond the minimum
The monthly minimum covers only certain Vendasta costs. Other features or seats you need can increase the total bill. These Vendasta fees can increase your monthly bill beyond the plan minimum.
Published costs
| Cost | Amount |
|---|---|
| Additional team seat – Starter | $30/seat/month |
| Additional team seat – Professional | $35/seat/month |
| Additional team seat – Premium | $65/seat/month |
| Additional team seat – Custom Enterprise | Contact Vendasta |
| Additional Snapshot Report | $2 each |
| Receiving customer payments | 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction |
Two things to know:
Unused seats may not cost you.
Vendasta charges for the seat only when that team member views a Vendasta page within 90 days; otherwise, you won’t be charged.
Snapshot Reports expire.
Unused reports expire at the end of each month, but you can buy additional reports for $2 each.
Costs that are not publicly priced
Wholesale products and services:
Products like Conversations AI, Reputation AI, CRM AI, Social AI, and WordPress Hosting have different tiers, but Vendasta doesn’t publish their wholesale prices. Pricing varies by plan, with better rates on higher tiers. Contact Vendasta for specific product pricing.
AI setup services:
With AI setup, basic onboarding, account setup, and enabling it are included. Optional Setup as a Service packages cost extra and are charged separately.
Third-party Marketplace products:
You can resell third-party products and services from Vendasta’s Marketplace at wholesale prices, which Vendasta says can be up to 65% lower than standard costs.
Individual prices aren’t shown on the pricing page. These purchases do not count toward your monthly minimum, so they’re added on top of it.
Optional add-ons:
If you wish to have extra features such as Markets or localization, this can increase your monthly bill depending on what you choose.
What Vendasta actually costs each month: three scenarios
Vendasta doesn’t publish wholesale product pricing, so the product spend figures below are illustrative. The billing structure is not, and these Vendasta pricing plans examples show how the model works for different types of agencies.
Scenario 1 – Solo operator, Starter, minimum not met
A freelancer or someone who has just started their business and is using Vendasta mainly for CRM and prospecting while slowly moving clients through the pipeline.
Let’s say you buy $40 worth of qualifying Vendasta products. Because every $1 of qualifying spend takes $1 off the subscription fee, Vendasta then bills the remaining $59. You still pay $99 in total, but only $40 of it went toward products you can resell.
| Qualifying product spend | $40 |
| Net platform subscription billed | $59 |
| Extra seats / reports | $0 |
| Total | $99 |
Scenario 2 – Growing agency, Professional, minimum met
A small agency that wants to resell Local SEO, hosting and review management to clients, with a team of seven.
Suppose you buy $600 of qualifying Vendasta products. That clears the $499 minimum, so the subscription fee is $0. The Professional plan already includes 5 seats, so the two additional team members cost $35 each, adding $70 to the monthly bill.
| Qualifying product spend | $600 |
| Net platform subscription billed | $0 |
| Extra seats (2 × $35) | $70 |
| Total | $670 |
The ‘$0 subscription’ is real here, but total spend is above the minimum, not below it.
Scenario 3- Reseller, Premium, third-party-heavy stack
An established white-label agency that runs a full stack built largely on third-party Marketplace apps.
$600 goes to Vendasta-owned products and $450 to third-party Marketplace products. Only the first figure counts, leaving a $399 shortfall on the $999 minimum, despite $1,050 of actual spend.
| Qualifying Vendasta product spend | $600 |
| Non-qualifying third-party spend | $450 |
| Net platform subscription billed | $399 |
| Extra seats (5 × $65) | $325 |
| Extra Snapshot Reports (50 × $2) | $100 |
| Total | $1,874 |
This is something that agencies should take a note for, because the costs might add up more when you are using the third party services.
Which Vendasta plan fits your agency
An established white-label agency that runs a full stack built largely on third-party Marketplace apps.
Who should choose Vendasta Starter plan?
Starter plan is best if you are still testing the reseller model and don’t want your own branding yet. It lets you have only one seat and uses Vendasta’s branding.
Ask this question and discuss with your team: Can two clients cover $99/month between them? That’s about $50 per client, or one product per client. If the answer is yes, then the plan can pay for itself through the products you would already sell.
It’s also a safer way to test demand for the products before you move to the Professional plan.
Who should choose Vendasta Professional plan?
Most agencies and businesses choose the Professional plan for one main reason, which is white-labeling. Clients can see your brand in the Portal.
The first month is billed as a flat platform fee, so the offset only starts working in the second month.
So, the question is whether you can place $499/month of qualifying Vendasta products with your clients. Let’s say you have three clients; that’s about $166 per client each month. Be honest about it: are your clients already spending at this level, or are you expecting them to?
Consider this: if you only buy $200/month of qualifying products on the Professional plan, you still pay $499 in total each month. $200 goes to products, and the remaining $299 is billed as the subscription fee. Over a 12-month contract, that’s $3,788 in subscription fees: $499 for the first month, plus $299 for each of the next 11 months.
Who should choose the Vendasta Premium plan?
Premium plan is good for you if you have clients at multiple locations. It has features such as multi-location apps, sharing inboxes, reporting, social media, and reputation management.
It also includes sales teams, goals, forecasting, leaderboards, and SSO. If the majority of your clients are at one location, then you could be paying $500 more each month for features you may not use.
The spend test works the same way. $999 across six clients is about $165 per client each month, the same per-client level as Professional. If your clients spend less than that, adding more clients doesn’t automatically solve the problem.
Choose the plan your clients can realistically support through product spend, not the one with the longest feature list. Then make sure its branding fits how you sell.
Vendasta vs Centripe.ai : Two different pricing models
Vendasta works on a minimum-spend reseller model. You commit to a monthly minimum and use it to buy wholesale products. Centripe uses a flat subscription. Vendasta’s cost depends on how much you spend on products, while Centripe’s cost depends on how many client accounts you run.
| Feature | Vendasta | Centripe.ai |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | $0 subscription against a monthly minimum spend | Flat monthly subscription |
| Published price | $99 / $499 / $999 minimum, plus custom Enterprise | $99 Essentials · $299 Unlimited (20% off annual) |
| Minimum spend | Yes – $99, $499 or $999 | None |
| Contract | None on Starter; 1 year on Professional and above | None, cancel anytime |
| Team seats | 1 / 5 / 10 included, then $30–$65 per extra seat | Unlimited users on both plans |
| Client accounts | Unlimited on all plans | 3 sub-accounts on Essentials, unlimited on Unlimited |
| White-labeling | Not on Starter; included from Professional | Included on both plans |
| Resale / SaaS | Wholesale reseller model – buy at wholesale, resell at your margin | SaaS mode with rebilling at your own markup |
| Setup fees | None on Starter, Professional and Premium; set per agreement on Custom Enterprise | None |
| Free trial | 14 days, no card | 14 days, no card required |
Note: White-labeling is where the models diverge most. With Vendasta, your own branding costs $499/month minimum. With Centripe it’s on the $99 plan.
When Vendasta’s model is the right call
Everything above is about the risk of committing to spend you can’t fill. But Vendasta can work very well for the right agency. If you fit the profile below, most of the concerns mentioned above may not apply to you.
For agencies, Vendasta agency pricing makes the most sense when product spend is already part of what you sell to clients.
You already sell managed services:
If your agency is focused on selling reputation management, local SEO, social media or AI products, the minimum spend may not be an extra cost. It’s the money that you would already spend on products for your clients.
You want a catalogue, not just a toolkit:
This is a big difference. Most agency platforms give you software, but you still deliver the services yourself. Vendasta gives you Vendasta and third-party products to resell at wholesale prices, plus optional setup services. This lets you sell more services without hiring experts for each one.
Your clients have multiple locations:
Multi-location apps, combined reporting, and multi-location social and reputation management can be valuable if you work with franchises, dealership groups, or multi-site healthcare businesses.
You want one place to manage the commercial side:
You can buy products at wholesale, invoice clients, collect payments, and track payouts in one platform. Clients can pay through a branded checkout, and you can sell products through your own Marketplace Store. This makes it easier to track margins and gives clients one place to buy and pay.
The honest version
Vendasta works best when you have enough client demand to support the required product spend. If your Vendasta product spend will reliably meet the minimum, the platform can be a strong fit, and the pricing can make sense.
If it won’t, you’re paying for a subscription you may not fully use. Professional and Premium also require a 12-month commitment, so that cost continues for the full year.
The question isn’t whether Vendasta is good. It’s whether you’ll use enough of it.
