GoHighLevel White Label and SaaS Mode: What Agencies Get in 2026

gohighlevel white label and saas mode what agencies get

White-Label vs Saas Mode

GHL’s White Label is very good. It lets your team have a subdomain that you can control. For example, app.yourdomain.com, so it gives a branded URL for the desktop login and app. Now, clients can sign in

through your branded address while HighLevel hosts and secures the app.

GHL white label lets agencies use their own branded domain, logo, and client-facing experience while HighLevel hosts the platform.

GHL white label also lets agencies connect their own Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions to the branded client experience.

You get an API domain, i.e., branded links, system-generated links in email/SMS, forms, surveys, calendars, trigger links, short links, review links.

What SaaS Mode adds on top

SaaS Configurator is GHL’s built-in tool for packaging, pricing, and selling platform access as a recurring subscription. You can create SaaS plans, generate payment links, and HighLevel handles sub-account

provisioning/configuration automatically.

SaaS Mode supports two billing setups: SaaS V1 uses Stripe for automated subscription management and billing, while SaaS V2 can use other supported payment providers. Standard payments and invoicing also

support gateways such as NMI and Authorize.Net. Rebilling with markup is available on the Agency Pro plan.

Key plan split

  • Rebilling without markup: $297/mo Unlimited and $497/mo Agency Pro
  • Rebilling with markup: $497/mo (Agency Pro only)
  • API access: All plans include API access, but at different levels. Starter and Unlimited include Basic API access, and Agency Pro includes Advanced API access, which adds OAuth 2.0 and agency-level endpoints such as sub-account creation and SaaS APIs.
  • Mobile App White-Labeling: The $497/mo White-Label Mobile App is a custom build service allowing agencies to publish a branded app under their own Apple and Google developer accounts.

What SaaS Mode Actually Does

Automated sub-account creation on signup

When you are done signing up and the payment is confirmed, the sub-account is automatically created or linked to the customer. The configured snapshot is applied if one is attached to the plan, customer access is established, and the subscription is active immediately.

Existing clients can be easily moved onto a SaaS plan manually via Agency View → Sub-Accounts → Manage Client → SaaS → Add a SaaS Subscription.

A Special Price can be set for one client (promo, enterprise, grandfathered rate) without changing the public plan price.

Smart Plans, Tailored for Your Business
Transparent tiers, full features, and no surprises. Choose the plan that works for you.

SaaS plan configurator (you set tiers and prices)

SaaS Mode allows agencies to package platform access into recurring subscription plans while setting their own pricing, features, snapshots, and usage billing.

Each plan can include monthly or annual pricing, features, snapshots, add-ons, Marketplace apps, trials, credits, and usage billing.

You have to select at least one product feature before the plan can be saved. Plan categories group plans into upgrade and downgrade paths. Plans in one category use one currency.

You can sell via a branded funnel or a direct checkout link (SaaS Configurator → Plans & Pricing → Copy Sale Link)

Stripe-connected billing and markup rebilling

It has two architectures: SaaS V1, in which Stripe is the system of record, and SaaS

V2, in which an agency sub-account is the system of record.

V1 and V2 can run in parallel to each other. They are not sequential versions.

However, V2 does not support adjusted billing for tier or interval changes.

AI employee rebilling requires the Agency Pro Plan.

The operational workflow an agency gains

The flow is simple: plan → checkout → auto-provisioned sub-account → snapshot

applied → client active, with the billing and provisioning handled through the SaaS

setup.

Supported upgrades and downgrades do not require you to disable and re-enable

SaaS.

For rebilling, HighLevel charges the agency wallet first, then the sub-account is

charged for the usage it generated.

What the Agency Still Owns

  • Choosing what each plan includes – you decide which features, snapshots, and add-ons go into each tier.
  • Setting the prices – you choose the monthly and annual prices, trials, and special client rates.
  • Selling the plans – HighLevel gives you a checkout link, but the offer, website, and sales pitch are yours.
  • Onboarding and training clients – the sub-account is created automatically, but you still need to train clients on how to use it.
  • Moving client data – contacts, pipelines, and workflows from old tools still need to be migrated manually, although HighLevel provides direct or CSV import tools for supported data and platforms; unsupported assets may still need rebuilding or manual work.
  • Supporting clients every day – HighLevel support covers your agency account, not your clients directly.
  • Handling failed payments and refunds – declined cards, disputes, and downgrades are your responsibility.
  • Keeping clients – renewals and reducing churn are part of client success, not a platform feature.

Cost and Margin View

Base subscription vs. usage costs

Base plan is fixed: $97 / $297 / $497 per month. Usage is billed separately on top of the base plan, so total costs can increase as usage grows.

GHL bills usage through an Agency Wallet. You load the money in, and each action draws it down. HighLevel automatically recharges the Agency Wallet when it falls below a set threshold. Here are the things that draw from the wallet.

Phone: every SMS, call, and phone number is charged via LC Phone (LeadConnector) or Twilio’s rates. Rates vary by country, so check HighLevel’s LC phone pricing guide in your region.

Email: $0.675 for every 1,000 emails sent via LC Email on every plan.

AI: It is pay-per-use by default. If you want a flat rate, AI Employee Growth is $50 a month, and AI Employee Unlimited is $97 a month, but both are charged per client sub-account, not once.

Premium workflow actions: $0.01 each time one runs.

So a $297 plan with heavy SMS and AI use across several clients can cost far more than $297.

Optional add-ons

  • Agency-level (one charge): White-label mobile app $497/mo, HIPAA $297/mo, Premium support $500/mo
  • Per sub-account (scales with clients): AI Employee $50–$97, WhatsApp $10, Branded client portal $49, SEO $79, Online listings $30, Prospecting $29
  • Why it matters: Per-sub-account add-ons increase as your client count grows
  • Example: 10 clients on AI Employee Unlimited = $970/mo before the base plan

GoHighLevel white-label pricing can also increase when agencies add features such as the white-label mobile app.

Rebilling at cost vs. with markup

At cost, the Unlimited and Agency Pro plans let you charge clients exactly what HighLevel charges you.

With markup, Agency Pro lets you set your margin in the sub-account settings or the SaaS configurator and keep the difference. The same approach applies to add-ons like WhatsApp, listings, and the client portal.

For example, 1,000 emails cost you $0.675. At cost, the client pays $0.675. With a 2x markup, the client pays $1.35, and you keep the $0.675 difference.

Who Should Choose Which Setup

Agency that only needs client accounts → Unlimited ($297)

Unlimited lets you add unlimited sub-accounts without increasing the base platform subscription because of account count; usage and optional services can still increase total spend. It also has basic API access and phone and email rebilling without any markup. This makes it suitable for agencies that need to manage multiple client accounts without SaaS Mode.

Agency that wants a branded client experience → Unlimited + evaluate mobile app add-on

Unlimited plan includes a branded desktop app, custom domains, and control over the platform’s look and feel. If you also want a branded mobile app, HighLevel offers its White Label Mobile App as a $497/month add-on.

Agency that wants to resell software as recurring revenue → Agency Pro ($497)

Agency Pro costs $200/month more than the Unlimited plan, and GHL positions it for agencies that are building a SaaS business. It adds SaaS Mode, including the tools to package, sell, and rebill the platform as a recurring software offer.
