Can everyone on my team use it?
Yes — every user gets Copilot, and it respects each person's role and permissions. A rep sees their pipeline; an admin sees everything.
Does it send emails without asking?
No. It drafts; you send — unless you explicitly tell it to send, as in the example above. Bulk actions always ask for confirmation first.
What's the MCP connection about?
Centripe exposes its full CRM via MCP (Model Context Protocol), the open standard for AI-to-software connections. That means you can manage contacts, deals, and tasks from Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible assistant — same permissions, same audit log.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Your CRM data is used to answer your requests, within your account. For current data-handling and privacy specifics, see the privacy policy — the honest answer belongs in writing, not marketing copy.
